“Prospect Management System” is an important element in “B2B Lead Gen”. To access your prospects, simply click on the “Prospect” tab located at the top of the page. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all the prospects we have previously worked with. If you wish to create a new prospect, click on the yellow button in the top right corner.

To add a new prospect, start by entering their name and website information in designated slots

 You can also utilize the data list to select from past leads. 

By clicking on a specific lead, you will be able to export it to the prospecting tool. This process may take a moment as the data loads.

Once the website has been exported to our prospecting tool, you will have access to valuable information such as the website’s headline, URL, email address, and social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Additionally, you can view the website’s status, SSL certification, MXC status, and prospect data. This prospect data includes the company’s address, name, email, social media links, phone number, and more.

To gain further insights into the website, click on the “Re-analyze Website” button at the bottom of the page.

This will initiate the analysis process, Once finished, you will be presented with a comprehensive website summary, including features, services, and effective cold outreach strategies.

If you wish to share this information with your clients, you have the option to generate a report. By clicking on the green button labeled “Generate Public Report,” a report will be generated within a few seconds. This report will contain all the details you need to share with your clients.

To share the report, simply click on the “Share Public Report” button.

 This will provide you with a unique URL that you can copy and send to your client via email. By utilizing the email address associated with the website, you can easily share the report and provide your clients with valuable insights.
