Audiodrome Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Audiodrome LLC respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. This page explains how Audiodrome licenses its music, manages Content ID claims, supports licensed customers, and reviews reports of suspected copyright infringement.

This page provides a plain-language explanation of our copyright practices. It does not replace your signed Audiodrome License Agreement. If this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Music Ownership and Licensing

Audiodrome owns or controls the master recording and underlying composition rights necessary to license the tracks available through Audiodrome.

Purchasing a track gives you a non-exclusive license to use that track within qualifying projects under your signed License Agreement. It does not transfer copyright ownership, authorship, publishing rights, or ownership of the original audio file to you.

Because the license is non-exclusive, the same track may also be licensed to other customers.

What Royalty-Free Means

Royalty-free does not mean copyright-free, free of charge, or in the public domain. It means that after paying the applicable one-time Audiodrome license fee, you do not owe Audiodrome recurring royalties or a share of the revenue generated by a licensed project.

Separate public-performance obligations may apply to a venue, broadcaster, platform, or other party presenting the project. These obligations depend on the location, type of use, and applicable performing rights arrangements. Your Audiodrome license does not replace any blanket license or payment that another party may be required to obtain.

Permitted Use in Projects

Subject to your signed License Agreement, an Audiodrome track may be synchronized with qualifying visual, spoken-word, interactive, or other project content. You may distribute and monetize the finished project where permitted by the agreement and the rules of the applicable platform.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or sublicense an Audiodrome track as a standalone music file. You also may not claim that you created or own the track or its underlying composition.

Content ID and Rights Administration

Audiodrome may work with third-party rights-administration services, including Identifyy, to identify and manage uses of Audiodrome music on supported platforms. Platform matching systems may occasionally apply a claim to a properly licensed project.

On YouTube, a Content ID claim is different from a copyright removal request or copyright strike. Depending on the platform, content format, and claim settings, a claim may affect monetization, visibility, or tracking. Other platforms have their own copyright systems and procedures.

What to Do if You Receive a Claim

If you receive a copyright or Content ID claim involving an Audiodrome track:

  1. Review the claim details, including the claimant, matched track, affected content, and platform action.
  2. Confirm that your use follows the terms of your signed Audiodrome License Agreement.
  3. If you believe the claim is incorrect, use the platform’s dispute process and provide accurate information about your license.
  4. Keep your signed License Agreement, order information, project URL, channel or account name, and a screenshot of the claim available as supporting evidence.
  5. If you need assistance, contact Audiodrome through our contact page or email admin@audiodrome.net.

Submit a platform dispute only when you have a valid basis and your use complies with the applicable license. Audiodrome will review the information you provide and take commercially reasonable steps to help release a mistakenly applied claim. Audiodrome cannot control a platform’s review process, final decision, or response time.

Content ID Registration Is Not Permitted

You may not register an Audiodrome track, or a project containing an Audiodrome track, as a reference asset in YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, TikTok Rights Manager, or any similar copyright-management system.

You must also ensure that a distributor, label, client, or other service provider does not register the track or project on your behalf. Such registration could create incorrect claims against Audiodrome and other properly licensed customers.

Performing Rights Organizations

Audiodrome compositions may be registered with performing rights organizations such as SESAC. This registration does not prevent customers from using the music under their signed Audiodrome License Agreement.

A venue, television or radio broadcaster, or other public performer may still need an appropriate public-performance license. Responsibility for these separate requirements rests with the party legally responsible for the public performance.

Reporting Unauthorized Use of Audiodrome Music

If you find an Audiodrome track being shared, sold, or distributed without authorization, please email admin@audiodrome.net. Include the track name, the exact URL, and a short explanation of the suspected unauthorized use.

Reporting Copyright Infringement on Our Website

If you believe material available on audiodrome.net infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, email admin@audiodrome.net with the subject line Copyright Infringement Report.

Your report should include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or other information that allows us to locate the material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please submit a report only if you own the relevant rights or are authorized to represent the rights owner. Audiodrome may request additional information when necessary to evaluate a report.

How We Review Copyright Reports

Audiodrome reviews sufficiently detailed copyright reports and may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate. We may share the report with affected parties or service providers when reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, respond to the report, or comply with the law.
