- When you purchase Audiodrome plan, you receive the right to download any Assets and integrate them into your projects and productions combining sound and visual media.
- You Are Permitted To:
Use, copy, edit, modify, and manipulate the assets.
Combine and synchronize the content with other works.
* “Asset” means any work, including music tracks, sound effects, photos, videos, software tools, and other digital media works, that is Downloaded pursuant to this Agreement.
- Non-Exclusive
You are not the only one who can be granted this license. The licensor can grant similar rights to others.
- You are not allowed to:
(a) Sell, transfer, sublicense, share, give away or otherwise assign the Recordings or your rights granted hereunder to any other party.
(b) Resell the Recording by itself or as part of a package except solely as embodied within your Project.
(c) Resell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) in any manner that would enable a third party to download the Recording as a separate file.
(d) Resell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) as part of any competing product such as music compilation or music library.
(e) Sell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) as, or as part of, your music or as your song, even if it has been transformed or edited, or if you add other instruments or vocals to the music.
(f) Claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Recording or of any derivative work created from the Recording.
(g) Using the content on physical media like printed materials, CDs, or DVDs.
(h) Direct distribution, public display, or modifying content for re-sale/licensing to third parties is forbidden unless specifically allowed.
(i) Use content to create logos, trademarks, or service marks.
(j) Content must not be used in pornographic, illegal, or defamatory contexts. Examples include adult entertainment, promoting tobacco products, or portraying individuals negatively or unlawfully.
(k) The license allows you to use the content but does not grant ownership or rights to create new versions of compositions.
- Mechanical Reproduction, Public Performance & Broadcast
You Possess Rights to Mechanically Reproduce, Publicly Perform, and Broadcast Our License affords you the authority to create copies of the tracks and conduct public performances of the Projects. However, it does not encompass the disbursal of royalties to Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) or other royalty collection entities.
Consequently, if you or your client wish to reproduce the Projects or employ them in broadcasts or other public performance mediums, you may be approached with payment demands for the mechanical reproduction and/or public performances of the tracks. In these instances, you, or the pertinent broadcaster, are obliged to remit the specified amounts to the respective organization in compliance with such requests.

In simple terms, the primary distinction is that with the Personal License, your final product (which includes the licensed item) is distributed free of charge, whereas with the Commercial License, your final product can be sold. Of course, if it was all that simple, we’d have a one sentence license, so please do read the licenses and the rest of these FAQs for more details!
We understand that it’s frustrating when refund policies are unfair. If you’re not happy with AudioBizBox products during the first 7 days after buying them, we’ll give you a complete refund. However, if you download any music, intro or sound effect during that time, the licenses won’t be valid after you cancel, and we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
There are a total of 150 music files in MP3 & WAV format, organized by tempo. Exactly, with AudioBizBox one music track will cost you less than 50c! One time – no recurring fees!! On the big audio platforms, you have to pay monthly fees or the price usually goes up to $199 for one music track!
YouTube has an automated system that sometimes flags videos that could be considered having unlicensed audio. with AudioBizBox, all of our music tracks are solely owned by us and no third-party artists. This means you’re less likely to receive a copyright claim using our music than if you were to use tracks from sites with third-party artists. If however, you do, we’ll show you how to easily remove the claim, since you are legally using the music
When you get to the box that asks you to explain your claim, simply share the agreement link that should take care of it, but if you continue to have issues, please reach out and we will work with you to ensure it’s resolved in a timely manner.
The license grants you a “Royalty Free”, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the music files, for commercial purposes or for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the materials directly. You will receive a music agreement that will grant you all the rights mentioned above.
