All Audiodrome licenses are non-transferable. With a Business license, you can create and share videos for clients on multiple channels, but the assets themselves can’t be shared or the project modified. Personal and Commercial plans are for personal use only and don’t cover client work.

If your film is in a ‘public performance’ setting, the broadcaster or venue may need proper agreements to cover any royalties for airing your project. Many broadcasters have a blanket license for this very reason.

We don’t currently offer a license that covers both a school and its students under one plan. Each license is meant for a single user. However, if you’re looking for a plan to cover your school and students, feel free to reach out to our sales team for more information.
If a school subscribes to an individual Audiodrome plan, it provides coverage for one person’s projects created by and for the school. Personal projects won’t be covered.
With a Business plan, students can create projects for the school, but personal projects still won’t be covered. The school is responsible for ensuring there are no copyright violations.

Audiodrome’s license specifically covers the use of assets in projects mentioned in our license agreement. Since Audiodrome is designed for video creators, assets can’t be used as standalone (audio-only) or without being part of a video or podcast.
That means you’re not allowed to use, record, perform, present, publicly play, copy, distribute, transfer, share, sell, or license the assets as standalone items in any way.
Our licenses don’t cover using our music or uploading videos with our music solely for listening purposes. Audiodrome’s music is meant to enhance your stories in video or podcast projects, not to be made available on its own.
Stand-alone uploads include complete or nearly complete tracks paired with a still image (e.g. artist and track name) or simple animations, part of a compilation video, or any use where the visuals or narratives are of secondary importance. Online radio usage also violates our terms and is considered stand-alone. As a result, we reserve the right to monetize any videos on YouTube or other platforms that feature stand-alone use of our music.
Audiodrome’s license doesn’t cover using our music in a business or store setting. We offer a synchronization license specifically for film and video projects. If you’d like to use our assets in a way not covered by our Commercial license, we might be able to create a custom Enterprise license agreement for your needs.

Sorry, but telephone hold music isn’t covered by our license. Audiodrome is designed specifically for video creators. Our music can’t be used as a standalone audio without being part of a video. This means it’s not allowed to use, record, perform, present, publicly perform, copy, distribute, transfer, share, sell, or license the music on its own.
Unfortunately, no. All the songs in our catalog are available for every user on an equal basis. We don’t offer exclusive rights to any song. We’re all about creative freedom, so our license is non-exclusive, allowing any asset you use to be accessible and used by other creators as well. If you have a big project and our Commercial license doesn’t meet all your requirements, feel free to reach out to our sales team to discuss a custom solution.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the option to modify Audiodrome’s license. It’s only available as-is. To get a better understanding of what our license covers, you can find the details here. Audiodrome’s license is designed to cover the usage of assets solely for the individual or business listed on the subscription. “While our License grants you the right to use the Projects in public, it doesn’t cover payments to performance rights organizations (PRO).
So, if you or your client want to use Projects in broadcast or other public performance platforms, you might receive payment requests. In such cases, you’ll need to pay (or have the relevant broadcaster pay) the required amount to the appropriate organization.”
A: Nope! All our music is created exclusively by our talented team of musicians and composers just for Audiodrome. This includes famous classical pieces, public domain music, Christmas carols, and nursery rhymes. For these works, the original copyright has expired, and our musicians have created unique adaptations and recordings. We hold the copyright for all of our adaptations and recordings.
A Full Track is a complete musical mix with an introduction and an ending.
You can search the music by tempo and rhythm.
You can adapt the music to your project by making cuts, loops and adding voiceovers. However, you can not make a song, remix or produce music with our music.
Sure, you can record vocals over our music for personal projects like practicing or just having fun. But remember, you don’t have the rights to publish or redistribute the music with your vocals under a different title. That means you can’t use it as a soundtrack for an online video or share it with others in any form. Also, you can’t use the music with your vocals for public performances like concerts or events. These rules apply even if you have a license or subscription for the music.
If you purchase our royalty free music, you are not required to give credit. However, I will greatly appreciate if you choose to do so.

With digital goods, sales are usually final once you’ve downloaded your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you think the audio you downloaded is defective or you’re not happy with your purchase for any other reason, please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to make things right for you!
Claims
Since my music is copyrighted, YouTube’s digital fingerprinting system, Content ID system, is informing you that your video contains copyrighted material.
Firstly, we apologize if this happens to you. We can assure you that all our music is 100% copyright-clear. Using our royalty-free music with a purchased license is 100% legal, and you are not doing anything wrong.
Unfortunately, false or mistaken copyright claims are a known issue with YouTube and music libraries. The most efficient response is to simply counter the claim with your Audiodrom license. The claim will then be dropped. You can read more about making a counter-notification here.
If you have a Copyright Notice:
Contest the Claim: Don’t panic, do not remove your video or replace the music, YouTube won’t ban or penalize you. The copyright notification will eventually be dropped (it takes from a few hours to several days) and if monetization is activated on your video all revenue starting from the day you contested the claim will be returned to you.
When YouTube asks you for a reason, check: “I have permission or a license to use the content claimed in my video” If you were using our Free License with credits, in the comments field put a link to the page where you have downloaded the track. If you have bought a license, give your license certificate information.
Step by step guide:
- In Youtube Studio locate the video in question and select “Copyright Claim” (find it in “Restrictions” column next to your video). Then selet “See Details”
- A pop-up window will open with more information about the claim. Under “Actions” select “Select actions” and then “Dispute”
- Check the box next to “My dispute isn’t based on any reasons above. I would still like to dispute this Content ID Claim”
- Select “License: I have permission or license to use the content claimed in my video”.
- Check the box next to: “Please include your license below” input : “I used a pece of music from audiodrome.net and purchased the appropriate license for it. My license certificate number is [insert your certificate number] and this is the music I used [insert the music page link here].”
If the claim is not yet reported, simply send us the link to your video along with the order number. You can find the order number in the confirmation email that you received when you purchased the music license. As soon as I have the link, I will white-list your video in YouTube’s system and the ads will disappear. Normally, I can do that the same day I receive your email.
Please note that your Audiodrome license does NOT allow you to upload your project to YouTube’s Content ID system. Audiodrome retains ownership of the recording. Due to the nature of YouTube’s content recognition software, uploading Audiodrome music to Content ID will cause mistaken copyright claims for other users and for your future projects, and constitutes a violation of our licensing terms.
