Audiodrome Refund Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Audiodrome sells downloadable digital music tracks and collections through one-time purchases. Because digital files are supplied promptly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, purchases are generally final after delivery or access begins.

This Refund Policy does not limit any refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

When a Refund or Other Remedy May Be Available

Audiodrome may provide a refund, replacement, redelivery, correction, or other appropriate remedy in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Payment was completed, but Audiodrome did not deliver the purchased files or download access.
  • The delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable because of an error on Audiodrome’s part.
  • The purchased digital product is materially different from how Audiodrome described it at the time of purchase.
  • Audiodrome cannot resolve an eligible delivery or product problem within a reasonable period.
  • A refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

Audiodrome may first attempt to resolve an eligible problem by restoring access, resending the files, replacing corrupted files, correcting the delivery, or providing reasonable technical assistance.

If Audiodrome cannot resolve the problem, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and any rights provided by applicable law.

Situations That Are Generally Non-Refundable

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Audiodrome generally does not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the music.
  • You purchased the wrong track or collection.
  • You no longer need the music or your Project was cancelled.
  • You found another track that you prefer after completing the purchase.
  • Your software, device, storage, internet connection, or production setup causes a compatibility or access problem unrelated to an Audiodrome error.
  • You did not download or securely store the files while the supplied download links were active.
  • A social platform, broadcaster, distributor, venue, or other third party changes its rules or declines your content.
  • Your content does not qualify for monetization under a platform’s independent requirements.
  • You use or intend to use the music in a way that the Audiodrome License Agreement prohibits.
  • Audiodrome terminates your license or access because you violated the License Agreement or Terms of Use.

Please review the track information, file formats, License Agreement, and permitted uses before completing your purchase.

Copyright Claims and Refund Requests

A copyright or Content ID claim does not automatically mean that your Audiodrome license is invalid. Royalty-free music remains protected by copyright, and automated platform systems may identify licensed music.

If you receive a claim, use your signed License Agreement as proof of permission and follow the platform’s dispute process. Audiodrome will provide commercially reasonable support, but the platform or claimant controls the final decision.

A copyright claim by itself does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. If you need claim assistance, send Audiodrome your purchase email, content link, track title, claim reference or screenshot, claimant name, and the timecode of the claimed segment.

How to Request a Refund or Other Remedy

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund or another remedy, contact Audiodrome through the contact form or email admin@audiodrome.net.

Please include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your order number or transaction reference
  • The title of the purchased track or collection
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages
  • The remedy you are requesting

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials.

Review of Your Request

Audiodrome aims to acknowledge support and refund requests within 24 hours. Complex cases may require additional review or information.

We will assess the purchase record, delivery information, reported issue, License Agreement, this Refund Policy, and applicable legal requirements. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval unless a refund or another remedy is required by law.

Approved Refunds

If Audiodrome approves a refund, we will ordinarily return the funds through the original payment method. Your payment provider or financial institution controls when the refunded amount appears in your account.

If a full refund ends the related purchase, your license to use the refunded track or collection also ends. You must stop using the music in new Projects and remove any stored raw files, except where applicable law requires a different result.

Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Customers may have additional rights based on their country or region, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not supplied as agreed, or materially different from its description.

If applicable law conflicts with any part of this Refund Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

Related Terms

This Refund Policy should be read together with the Audiodrome Terms of Use and the Audiodrome licensing terms.
