Resell or Share the Music: You can’t sell, transfer, or give away the music files as standalone products, even if you’ve modified them.

Competing Products: You can’t include the assets in any competing product like a music library or bundle.

Claim Ownership: You can’t claim our music or any derivative work as your own creation.

Physical Media: Usage on physical media like CDs, DVDs, or printed materials is restricted without express permission.

Third-Party Resale: You can’t distribute or license the content to third parties unless explicitly allowed.

Create Logos or Trademarks: The assets cannot be used to create logos, service marks, or trademarks.

Inappropriate Contexts: Prohibited for use in illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate contexts (e.g., adult entertainment, promoting harmful products, etc.).

Mechanical Reproduction & Public Performance

Your Audiodrome license grants you rights to:

Mechanically reproduce the music in your projects (e.g., create physical or digital copies)

Publicly perform and broadcast the music in your content across different media (TV, radio, web broadcasts, etc.)

However, please note that certain public performance or reproduction cases may trigger additional royalty requirements:

Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) may request royalty payments for public performances of your project that use our music. These payments are the responsibility of the content creator or broadcaster.

If you or your clients are approached by a PRO or any other entity, you are required to comply with these requests.

Music Licensing for Creators and Businesses FAQs

Your license includes rights for ads, social media, corporate content, podcasts, and more. Detailed terms ensure you’re fully covered for all commercial uses.

Yes! All Audiodrome licenses are valid globally, so you can use our assets in projects intended for audiences anywhere in the world. However, if users misuse our assets or engage in illegal activities, they may face legal consequences under US copyright law, which serves as the governing framework for such cases.

Once you’ve published a project using Audiodrome assets, it’s covered forever. Since Audiodrome offers a one-time purchase model, your license remains active without needing any renewal or ongoing subscription.

The license grants you a “Royalty Free”, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the music files, for commercial purposes or for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the materials directly. You will receive a music agreement that will grant you all the rights mentioned above.

Yes, you can! With a Business License, you’re covered to use assets in unlimited client projects, allowing you full commercial use across all of your clients’ platforms.

In simple terms, the primary distinction is that with the Personal License, your final product (which includes the licensed item) is distributed free of charge, whereas with the Commercial License, your final product can be sold. Of course, if it was all that simple, we’d have a one-sentence license, so please do read the licenses and the rest of these FAQs for more details!

The Personal License covers non-paid social media use on one channel per platform, like YouTube or Facebook. For ads, branded content, or multiple channels, the Commercial License is ideal, while the Business License is best for client projects shared across social media.

You can use tracks on client projects with our Business License. This license allows you to use our music for your clients’ ads, branded content, websites, and more. Please note that using tracks for client work is not allowed with Personal or Commercial licenses.

Yes, all Audiodrome music licenses include synchronization rights, allowing you to pair music with visual projects like films, videos, or TV shows.

Absolutely! Audiodrome licenses allow asset use in live streams and podcasts, with the Business License covering multiple podcasts and the Personal and Commercial Licenses covering a single podcast.

If you receive a copyright claim, contact us with your license details, video link, and the claim information. We’ll work with the copyright holder to resolve it promptly, as your license gives you the right to use the assets without issue.
