Steps to Make a Picture Move in CapCut #

Add the Picture as an Overlay:
Import your main video to the timeline and add the picture as an overlay track above it.

Select the Picture Clip:
Tap on the picture clip in the timeline to highlight it for editing.

Set the Starting Point:
Drag the playhead to the point where you want the motion to begin.

Add the First Keyframe:
Tap the Keyframe icon located under the preview window to mark the picture’s initial position. This defines “status 1” of the animation.

Create the Motion:

  • Move the playhead forward on the timeline.
  • Adjust the picture’s position, scale, or rotation directly in the preview window.
  • Tap the Keyframe icon again to set the new state, “status 2.”

Preview the Motion:
Playback the video to see the picture transition smoothly from position 1 to position 2. Adjust the timing or placement of keyframes if needed for a more polished effect.
