Audiodrome provides flexible usage rights, but some limitations ensure fair use. Here’s what you need to know to stay compliant.

Usage Limitations:

  1. Reselling or Sharing: You may not sell, transfer, or share the assets as standalone products, even if modified.
  2. Competing Products: Assets cannot be included in competing products like music libraries or bundles.
  3. Claiming Ownership: You cannot claim Audiodrome’s assets or derivative works as your own creation.
  4. Physical Media: Use on physical media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) is restricted without prior permission.
  5. Third-Party Resale: Distribution or licensing to third parties is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.
  6. Logos or Trademarks: Assets cannot be used to create logos, service marks, or trademarks.
  7. Inappropriate Contexts: Use is prohibited in illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content (e.g., adult entertainment, harmful product promotion).
