Preview the Intro and Outro Cues

Quick Start

A High-energy option without a high BPM. Its bright, optimistic, dynamic, modern, and professional direction makes it worth comparing when you want an energetic bookend without moving into the faster 118–124 BPM Premium tracks.

Quick Start cover
Midtempo | G Major | 93 BPM
Pop, Indie Pop, Dance, House, Corporate
00:00 / 00:00
Encouraging, Bright, Optimistic, Energetic, Uplifting, Dynamic, Trendy, Modern, Professional, Energizing

Smooth Begin

The slowest track in the collection by BPM. Preview it when the opening needs a more measured electronic direction than Quick Start while still retaining bright and optimistic mood tags.

Smooth Begin cover
Downtempo | A Minor | 52 BPM
Deep House, Chillout, Cinematic, Electronica, House, Techno
00:00 / 00:00
Encouraging, Bright, Optimistic, Energetic, Uplifting, Chill, Sophisticated, Mellow, Minimalist

Clear Intro

A professional, focused 112 BPM option. Compare it directly with Calm Entry at the same BPM when you want more energy and a smoother corporate/ambient-pop direction.

Clear Intro cover
Midtempo | G Minor | 112 BPM
Chill Pop, Ambient Pop, Corporate
00:00 / 00:00
Reflective, Focused, Dynamic, Engaging, Smooth, Professional

Calm Entry

The calmer counterpart to Clear Intro at the same 112 BPM. Its gentle, thoughtful, calm, and reflective direction makes energy, rather than pace, the main distinction between the two.

Calm Entry cover
Midtempo | D Minor | 112 BPM
Ambient, Indie Pop, Indie Rock, Pop, Rock
00:00 / 00:00
Gentle, Thoughtful, Calm, Reflective

Focused Step

The shortest cue in the collection. Its Low-energy, Downtempo profile gives Professional a compact option when 30-plus seconds is more time than the opening or closing should occupy.

Focused Step cover
Downtempo | G Major | 57 BPM
Synth Pop, Cinematic, Corporate, Ambient, Lo-fi
00:00 / 00:00
Optimistic, Encouraging, Gentle, Reflective, Calm, Introspective, Atmospheric, Minimalist

Gentle Fade

The only Very Low-energy track in the collection. Its mellow, serene, reflective, and atmospheric direction makes it a useful comparison point when you need a shorter and more restrained bookend than the Lite tracks.

Gentle Fade cover
Downtempo | G Major | 90 BPM
Chill Pop, Lo-fi, Ambient, Corporate, Pop, Indie pop
00:00 / 00:00
Optimistic, Encouraging, Gentle, Reflective, Mellow, Serene, Reflective, Atmospheric

Sharp Entry

A shorter High-energy cue with bold, rhythmic, sophisticated, trendy, and positive direction. Preview it when Quick Start is not fast enough for the intended pace but Bold Opening would push intensity further.

Sharp Entry cover
Midtempo | F Major | 118 BPM
House, Dance, Ambient, Indie Pop, Pop, Deep House
00:00 / 00:00
Bold, Rhythmic, Sophisticated, Trendy, Energizing, Positive

Bold Opening

The highest-energy and fastest-BPM option in the collection. Start here when the opening needs the strongest available sense of movement rather than the calm or Medium-energy alternatives.

Bold Opening cover
Uptempo | E Minor | 124 BPM
Electronic, Cinematic, Corporate, Pop, Indie Pop
00:00 / 00:00
Bold, Determined, Energetic, Dynamic, Inspiring

Quiet Opening

A longer Low-energy option with peaceful, reflective, serene, chill, and atmospheric direction. Compare it with Gentle Fade when you want similar restraint but more cue duration.

Quiet Opening cover
Midtempo | F Major | 96 BPM
Chill Pop, Corporate, Dance, Ambient, Indie Pop, Pop, Lo-fi
00:00 / 00:00
Optimistic, Encouraging, Gentle, Peaceful, Reflective, Serene, Chill, Atmospheric

Smooth Opening

A different 112 BPM route built around funky, groovy, professional, playful, and warm direction. Compare it with Clear Intro when the same general pace works but a less restrained corporate tone is useful.

Smooth Opening cover
Midtempo | C Minor | 112 BPM
Funk, Blues, Dance, Corporate
00:00 / 00:00
Funky, Groovy, Professional, Playful, Warm

Choose Your Intro and Outro Collection Size

Lite concentrates on four 31–33 second cues and already spans Low to High energy. Professional adds the two shortest tracks, at 17 and 21 seconds, plus lower-energy Downtempo choices. Premium adds both stronger and quieter directions, including High and Very High-energy options at 118–124 BPM, a peaceful Low-energy 96 BPM cue, and a funkier Medium-energy option.

The Range Inside These Short Music Cues

The defining feature of this collection is format rather than one genre.

All ten tracks are short, running from 17 to 37 seconds. Within that compact format, the collection moves across pop, house, electronic, corporate, cinematic, ambient, lo-fi, indie, rock, funk, and blues influences.

Energy ranges from Very Low on Gentle Fade to Very High on Bold Opening. BPM stretches from 52 on Smooth Begin to 124 on Bold Opening.

That gives you room to compare quieter, more restrained cues with brighter and more assertive options without leaving the short intro-and-outro workflow.

Long background beds were intentionally left out. The collection stays focused on compact musical cues that can serve as openings, closings, bumpers, and other short bookend moments.

Where Intro and Outro Music Fits

Recurring video and channel openings

A recurring opening often needs to establish identity quickly without taking over the main content.

For a brighter and more energetic direction, compare Quick Start, Sharp Entry, and Bold Opening.

For a calmer recurring identity, start with Calm Entry, Focused Step, or Quiet Opening.

The key decision is not simply which track has the highest BPM. Duration and energy may matter more when the opening has only a small amount of screen time.

Video outros and closing bookends

Closing music can use the same short-cue format, but the desired energy may be different from the opening.

For a restrained closing direction, compare Gentle Fade, Quiet Opening, and Calm Entry based on their Low or Very Low energy.

If the outro needs to retain more movement, Clear Intro and Smooth Opening provide Medium-energy alternatives.

Podcast intros, outros, and stingers

The collection’s 17–37 second durations make it relevant when a podcast needs a concise musical bookend rather than a full episode bed.

For the shortest options, compare Focused Step at 17 seconds and Gentle Fade at 21 seconds.

For a more energetic opener, Sharp Entry and Bold Opening provide stronger alternatives.

If you need ongoing music under spoken audio rather than an intro, outro, or stinger, use the dedicated Podcast Background Music guidance instead.

Branded series

A branded series may use one recurring cue or several cues for different formats.

Clear Intro and Quick Start provide professional, brighter directions. Calm Entry and Quiet Opening give you lower-energy alternatives. Smooth Opening introduces a warmer funk and blues crossover.

Choose the cue based on the recurring identity the series needs, then confirm the fit by previewing it against the actual opening or closing sequence.

Short social content bookends

Use this collection when the music is assigned specifically to the opening or closing moment.

If one track needs to carry the entire social video, move to Social Media Music instead.

For TikTok-specific short-form editing where the full piece depends on a quick hook and platform-oriented pacing, compare TikTok Background Music.

How Intro and Outro Collection Was Curated

We built this collection around one clear workflow requirement: short, self-contained music for openings, closings, bumpers, and other brief bookend moments.

The final ten tracks run from 17 to 37 seconds, keeping the collection within its intended short-cue format. We also preserved useful variation across energy, pace, genre, and emotional direction so the collection would not feel like ten versions of the same intro.

The range moves from calm, low-energy options to much more assertive cues, with pop, electronic, cinematic, ambient, lo-fi, rock, funk, and other crossover styles represented. Longer background tracks were left out so the collection stays focused on the short-form job it was built to solve.

How to Choose the Right Intro or Outro Cue

Start with how much time the cue can occupy

Duration is unusually important in this collection.

For the shortest bookends:

  • Focused Step: 0:17
  • Gentle Fade: 0:21

For cues around half a minute:

  • Sharp Entry: 0:28
  • Smooth Opening: 0:30
  • Clear Intro: 0:31
  • Calm Entry: 0:31
  • Quick Start: 0:33
  • Smooth Begin: 0:33

For the longest options:

  • Bold Opening: 0:37
  • Quiet Opening: 0:37

Start by removing tracks that simply occupy too much or too little time for the opening or closing sequence.

Then choose the energy level

For a stronger opening:

  • Bold Opening: Very High
  • Quick Start: High
  • Sharp Entry: High

For a balanced direction:

  • Smooth Begin: Medium
  • Clear Intro: Medium
  • Smooth Opening: Medium

For a quieter bookend:

  • Calm Entry: Low
  • Focused Step: Low
  • Quiet Opening: Low
  • Gentle Fade: Very Low

This can narrow ten tracks quickly without relying on genre alone.

Compare tracks that share a BPM

Three tracks sit at 112 BPM:

Clear Intro is Medium energy with reflective, focused, smooth, and professional direction.

Calm Entry is Low energy with gentle, thoughtful, calm, and reflective direction.

Smooth Opening returns to Medium energy but adds funk, blues, groove, playfulness, and warmth.

The same BPM can therefore support very different identities.

Do not assume a fast BPM means the strongest cue

Quick Start is High energy at only 93 BPM.

Sharp Entry is High energy at 118 BPM.

Bold Opening is Very High energy at 124 BPM.

Energy and BPM should be considered separately. One describes intensity, while the other gives you a tempo reference.

Treat the ending as a listening decision

The collection is designed for intro and outro use.

When choosing an outro, preview the final seconds and confirm that the track works with your closing visual, spoken sign-off, credits, end screen, or other finishing element.

That listening check matters more than the track title.

Licensing Intro and Outro Music for Recurring Content

Audiodrome’s current License Agreement permits licensed music to be embedded in qualifying video and audio Projects. It specifically includes podcast intros, outros, stingers, background beds under voice, sponsor segments, and podcast trailers.

Each licensed track may also be used in unlimited Projects for the Buyer, provided the music stays embedded and the agreement is followed. That is relevant when the same intro or outro is used across recurring episodes or videos.

The agreement permits editing, looping, fading, and other adaptation within a Project.

For client work, the Buyer must request a separate Client-Use License Agreement before delivering the finished Project to the client.

Platform rules still apply independently.

Intro and Outro Music FAQs

How long are the tracks in this collection?

The ten assigned cues run from 17 to 37 seconds.

The shortest is Focused Step at 17 seconds. The longest are Bold Opening and Quiet Opening at 37 seconds.

This keeps the collection centered on short openings and closings rather than full-length background music.

How do I choose between an intro track and an outro track?

Start with duration and energy, then preview the actual beginning or ending in context.

For a stronger opening, Bold Opening, Sharp Entry, or Quick Start provide High or Very High-energy options.

For a quieter closing direction, compare Gentle Fade, Quiet Opening, Calm Entry, or Focused Step.

Metadata cannot confirm exact ending quality, so the final choice should be made from the audio preview.

Can I use these tracks for YouTube intros and outros?

The Audiodrome license permits licensed tracks to be embedded in qualifying online video Projects, subject to the agreement and applicable platform rules.

For YouTube-specific selection guidance, use the Music for YouTube Intros use-case page.

Can I use these cues for podcast intros and outros?

Yes. The current Audiodrome License Agreement expressly includes podcast intros, outros, stingers, background beds under voice, sponsor segments, and podcast trailers.

If the main need is ongoing music beneath spoken audio rather than a short bookend cue, use the Podcast Background Music guidance.

What is the difference between Intro and Outro Music and Social Media Music?

Intro and Outro Music is selected around short cue function.

Social Media Music is selected around whole-video cross-platform use.

Choose this collection when the music occupies the opening or closing moment. Choose Social Media Music when one track needs to work across the larger edit.

Should I choose Lite, Professional, or Premium?

Lite includes four tracks for $97. All four run 31–33 seconds and cover Low, Medium, and High energy.

Professional includes six tracks for $147. It adds Focused Step at 17 seconds and Gentle Fade at 21 seconds, extending the collection into shorter and quieter cues.

Premium includes all ten tracks for $247. The additional four add High and Very High-energy 118–124 BPM options, a peaceful Low-energy cue, and a funkier Medium-energy direction.

Choose according to how much short-cue variety you want available.

Can I reuse the same intro across multiple episodes or videos?

The current Audiodrome License Agreement permits each licensed Digital Asset to be used in unlimited Projects for the Buyer, subject to the agreement.

The music must remain embedded within those Projects and cannot be distributed as a standalone or reusable music file.

For client Projects, the separate Client-Use License process also applies.
