Your Signed Agreement Controls
The Help Center and Audiodrome licensing guides provide practical explanations. Your rights and obligations are governed by the signed License Agreement delivered with your purchase. If a general explanation conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls. Review the License Agreement .
Prepare Your Support Request
Complete information helps Audiodrome connect your question with the correct purchase, track, Project, platform, or licensing document. Do not publish private order information or agreements on a public page.
- Name and email address used for the purchase
- Order, receipt, or transaction number when available
- Title of the purchased Audiodrome track
- Short explanation of the problem or question
- Relevant Project, platform, channel, or account URL
- Screenshot of an error, claim, claimant, or platform message
- Signed License Agreement or client-use document when requested
Did You Receive a Copyright Claim?
A Content ID or copyright notice does not automatically mean that your Audiodrome license is invalid. Save the complete notice, confirm the claimant and track, and use the dedicated claim-support process before taking action when time permits.
