Audiodrome does not provide customer accounts or public commenting features. This policy applies only to Audiodrome services and does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Data?

Audiodrome LLC acts as the data controller for personal data collected through Audiodrome’s website and services unless another company, such as a payment processor, acts as an independent controller for its own processing.

The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with Audiodrome.

Information You Provide

  • Purchase and licensing information: Purchased track or collection, order number, transaction reference, purchase date, amount, currency, delivery information, and signed License Agreement.
  • Contact and support information: Information included in contact forms, emails, support requests, refund requests, and related communications.
  • Copyright-claim information: Content links, platform name, claimant name, screenshots, claim references, timecodes, channel information, license documents, and other information needed to investigate a claim.
  • Newsletter information: Your email address, subscription status, consent records, communication preferences, and engagement with newsletter messages.

Payment Information

Stripe or Paddle processes payment information, depending on the checkout used for your purchase. These companies may collect your name, billing address, email address, payment method, and financial information.

Audiodrome does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code. Audiodrome may receive limited transaction information such as the payment status, amount, currency, card type, and last four digits where provided by the payment processor.

Sensitive Personal Data

Audiodrome does not intentionally request sensitive personal data such as health information, biometric data, government identification numbers, political opinions, or religious beliefs. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in contact forms or support requests.

How We Collect Personal Data

Audiodrome collects personal data:

  • Directly from you when you make a purchase, subscribe, submit a contact form, or request assistance
  • Automatically through server logs, cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies
  • From payment processors when they confirm a transaction

Audiodrome uses CookieYes to manage cookie consent. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent when they are required to provide the website, remember privacy choices, maintain security, or complete a requested service.

Audiodrome currently uses:

These services may process IP addresses, cookie identifiers, device information, page activity, referral information, conversion events, and approximate location. Audiodrome currently does not display Google AdSense or other third-party display advertisements.

You may change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal.

Audiodrome recognizes Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. Review the Cookie Policy for additional information about cookie categories and durations.

Email Newsletters

Audiodrome uses Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and send marketing communications. Brevo may process your email address, subscription status, consent record, communication preferences, and information about email delivery, opens, and link interactions.

Audiodrome sends newsletters only when a valid legal basis exists, including your consent where required. You can unsubscribe through the link included in each marketing email or by contacting Audiodrome.

After you unsubscribe, Audiodrome or Brevo may retain a limited suppression record to ensure that marketing messages are not sent to the unsubscribed address.

Purchases Delivery and Licensing

Audiodrome uses Stripe and Paddle to support payment processing. Depending on the checkout used, Stripe may act as a payment processor and Paddle may act as an authorized reseller or merchant of record.

These providers process personal and payment information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations. They may independently process data for fraud prevention, financial compliance, payment authorization, tax administration, and dispute handling.

Audiodrome uses Google Drive or Google Cloud Storage to host or deliver certain music files, agreements, previews, or purchase materials. Accessing these resources may provide Google with technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request details.

Audiodrome may use its business email services and information received from Stripe or Paddle to send purchase confirmations, delivery information, signed agreements, and essential transaction messages.

Copyright Claims and Identifyy

Audiodrome works with Identifyy, operated by HAAWK, Inc., for music-rights management and copyright-claim administration.

When necessary to investigate or resolve a claim, Audiodrome may share relevant information with Identifyy. This information may include your content link, platform, track title, claim reference, claimant information, timecode, purchase confirmation, and License Agreement.

Audiodrome shares only the information reasonably needed for rights administration, claim investigation, and licensing support.

Service Providers and Other Recipients

Audiodrome may disclose personal data to the following providers and recipient categories when needed to operate the business:

  • Google: Analytics, Search Console, advertising measurement, fonts, file hosting, cloud storage, and related services
  • Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn: Advertising measurement and campaign analytics activated according to consent choices
  • Stripe and Paddle: Payments, transaction processing, fraud prevention, tax handling, receipts, and billing support
  • Brevo: Newsletter management, email delivery, subscription records, and communication analytics
  • CookieYes: Cookie consent management and consent records
  • Wordfence and Defiant, Inc.: Website security, firewall functions, malicious-traffic detection, and security logging
  • UpdraftPlus: Website and database backup management
  • Identifyy and HAAWK, Inc.: Music-rights management and copyright-claim assistance
  • Hosting and technical infrastructure providers: Server hosting, storage, maintenance, database operations, and technical support. Audiodrome uses CloudPanel to administer its server environment.
  • Professional advisers: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, consultants, and insurers where access is reasonably necessary
  • Public authorities and legal recipients: Courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, tax authorities, and other recipients when disclosure is legally required

Service providers may process personal data only for the services they provide or under their independent legal obligations. Some providers act as processors for Audiodrome, while others act as independent controllers.

Sale Sharing and Targeted Advertising

Audiodrome does not sell personal data in exchange for money.

Audiodrome uses advertising-measurement services that may receive online identifiers, device information, website activity, and conversion information after the required consent. Certain US privacy laws may define this disclosure as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.

Where applicable, you may opt out by rejecting advertising cookies through Cookie Settings or by using a browser that sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.

Audiodrome will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

International Data Transfers

Audiodrome LLC is based in the United States. Audiodrome and its service providers may process personal data in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries where they operate.

How Long We Retain Personal Data

Audiodrome retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security, licensing, and dispute-resolution requirements.

  • Google Analytics user and event data: Up to 14 months
  • Purchase, invoice, transaction, and License Agreement records: Seven years after the transaction
  • Copyright-claim and licensing-support records: Seven years after the matter closes
  • General contact and support messages: Up to 24 months after the last communication
  • Newsletter information: Until you unsubscribe or Audiodrome ends the newsletter relationship, followed by a limited suppression record where needed
  • Cookie-consent records: For as long as reasonably necessary to document consent and comply with legal obligations
  • Security and server logs: For a limited period determined by security and hosting settings, unless longer retention is required to investigate an incident
  • Backups: According to Audiodrome’s backup-rotation schedule, after which older backups are overwritten or deleted

Audiodrome may retain information for a longer period when required by law, a payment dispute, an unresolved copyright claim, litigation, fraud prevention, or another legitimate legal need.

Audiodrome may anonymize information instead of deleting it. Properly anonymized information no longer identifies an individual and may be retained for statistical or business-analysis purposes.

How We Protect Personal Data

Audiodrome uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. These measures include access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, security monitoring, firewall protection through Wordfence, backups managed through UpdraftPlus, and restricted access to business records.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

Audiodrome may request reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal data. Audiodrome will respond within the period required by applicable law. GDPR requests are ordinarily answered within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your country or region. Audiodrome encourages you to contact us first so we can investigate your concern.

Children’s Privacy

Audiodrome is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

If you are under 16, do not submit personal data, subscribe to the newsletter, or make a purchase without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

If Audiodrome learns that it collected personal data from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact admin@audiodrome.net regarding a child’s personal data.
