Unlimited Edits & Modifications: You can edit, remix, and modify the assets as needed.

Combine Assets: Sync our music with video, animations, voice-overs, or other media.

Non-Exclusive Rights: Others can also purchase and use the same assets, but you’re fully covered to use them in your unique projects.

**Assets include music tracks, sound effects, stock photos, videos, templates, and more—all available through your plan.

What You Cannot Do:

While Audiodrome gives you a lot of freedom, there are some limitations to ensure fair use and copyright protection. Here’s what’s not allowed:

Resell or Share the Music: You can’t sell, transfer, or give away the music files as standalone products, even if you’ve modified them.

Competing Products: You can’t include the assets in any competing product like a music library or bundle.

Claim Ownership: You can’t claim our music or any derivative work as your own creation.

Physical Media: Usage on physical media like CDs, DVDs, or printed materials is restricted without express permission.

Third-Party Resale: You can’t distribute or license the content to third parties unless explicitly allowed.

Create Logos or Trademarks: The assets cannot be used to create logos, service marks, or trademarks.

Inappropriate Contexts: Prohibited for use in illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate contexts (e.g., adult entertainment, promoting harmful products, etc.).

Mechanical Reproduction & Public Performance

Your Audiodrome license grants you rights to:

Mechanically reproduce the music in your projects (e.g., create physical or digital copies)

Publicly perform and broadcast the music in your content across different media (TV, radio, web broadcasts, etc.)

However, please note that certain public performance or reproduction cases may trigger additional royalty requirements:

Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) may request royalty payments for public performances of your project that use our music. These payments are the responsibility of the content creator or broadcaster.

If you or your clients are approached by a PRO or any other entity, you are required to comply with these requests.

                  FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

In simple terms, the primary distinction is that with the Personal License, your final product (which includes the licensed item) is distributed free of charge, whereas with the Commercial License, your final product can be sold. Of course, if it was all that simple, we’d have a one-sentence license, so please do read the licenses and the rest of these FAQs for more details!

Since our products are downloadable digital items, we’re unable to offer refunds once the purchase is complete. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have before making a purchase. Feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll be glad to help!

You’ll get 158 high-quality music tracks in both MP3 and WAV formats, carefully organized by tempo and designed for different types of marketing videos. With Audiodrome, each track costs less than 50 cents, with a one-time payment – no recurring fees! Unlike big audio platforms that charge monthly or up to $199 per track, Audiodrome provides unbeatable value with lifetime access to all tracks.

YouTube’s automated system occasionally flags videos for unlicensed audio, even when the music is properly licensed. With Audiodrome, all of our tracks are fully owned by us—there are no third-party artists involved. This greatly reduces the chances of receiving a copyright claim.

However, if a claim does happen, we’ll guide you through the process of resolving it. Simply share the agreement link when prompted to explain your claim, and that should resolve the issue. If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll ensure the claim is removed promptly.

The license grants you a “Royalty Free”, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the music files, for commercial purposes or for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the materials directly. You will receive a music agreement that will grant you all the rights mentioned above.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your login details, giving you instant access to your Audiodrome account and all the music tracks included in your plan.

Yes, you can easily upgrade your license if your needs grow.

You can use tracks on client projects with our Business License. This license allows you to use our music for your clients’ ads, branded content, websites, and more. Please note that using tracks for client work is not allowed with the Personal or Commercial licenses.

No, you don’t need to provide credit, but we always appreciate it!
